CCSN Behavioral Health is excited to announce that due to our growth and expansion, we are seeking a Licensed Behavior Analyst to support our ABA Clinic based in Glastonbury, CT.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Providing behavior analytic treatment and supervision to children and adolescents with an autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related neurodevelopmental disorders in a clinic-based setting
- Providing supervision to a team of behavior technicians
- Providing and facilitating family support and training
The successful candidate will possess:
- Experience in delivering, designing, and implementing evidence-based treatment to individuals with ASD
- Experience in leading evidence-based social skills groups
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Desire to work as part of a larger team inter disciplinary team of BCBAs, psychologists, occupational therapists, speech pathologist, and others
- Experience providing supervision to BCBA supervisee candidates
This position also includes:
- Weekly direct supervision with a senior or doctorate level BCBA
- Weekly participation in clinical teams and group supervision
- Participation in center-based professional development for Type 2 CEs
- Opportunities for growth and development of clinical skills
- Additional training o pportunities PFA/SBT and ESDM available
- Collaboration with an interdisciplinary team of clinicians throughout the organization.
